Refund Policy for Yum Foody

At Yum Foody, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned—whether it's a missing item, a wrong delivery, or a product that doesn't meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent refund and return process.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • An item was damaged or expired upon delivery

  • Your order was never delivered

  • You canceled an order before it was accepted by the vendor


2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products reported more than 24 hours after delivery

  • Items opened, consumed, or not stored properly

  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences

Exceptions may apply based on vendor policies and the situation.
